Master in Sustainability Management

- A professionally oriented Master’s program in Sustainability Management
- Completion requires a thesis defense and a final state examination
- Includes a mandatory 30 ECTS internship with professional academic supervision

Aims of the study programme
The Master’s in Sustainability Management aims to prepare university-educated professionals for roles in middle and upper management, specifically for positions such as Chief Sustainability Officer, CSR Manager, and Sustainability Manager, equipping them to navigate and lead sustainability initiatives within the corporate sphere.
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Master in Sustainability Management will be able to:
- Analyzing key concepts, theories, and models that connect various global sustainability challenges to effective organizational management
- Assessing the environmental, social, and economic impacts of strategic business decisions
- Crafting innovative, economically feasible strategies that also yield environmental and social benefits

Students will be provided with work placements at FBA´s corporate partners with a focus on sustainability topics.
