For our client, we developed a comprehensive tool for evaluating the impact of investment projects on the organization’s ESG profile. Our collaboration involved the creation of a sophisticated methodology that synthesizes the world’s leading ESG frameworks (ESRS, GRI Standards, IPCC, GHG Protocol) with industry-specific requirements. We designed and implemented a user-friendly tool in MS Excel enabling a thorough assessment of ESG impacts, including carbon pricing mechanisms and social cost calculation. The solution includes a multi-level approach to materiality assessment, stakeholder impact evaluation, and flexible administrative options for future ESG strategy adaptations. This tool continues to support the company’s decision-making process when investing in projects and ensures compliance with their sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
